Dr. Winston Garcia is a physical therapist specializing in geriatric care & home health, a passionate patient advocate, and avid fitness enthusiast.

Dr. Garcia earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the prestigious Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions. His specialty is in the treatment of neurological conditions including Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and vertigo (BPPV).

He began his career with an exciting chapter in travel physical therapy - gaining experience in home health, skilled nursing facilities, acute hospital care, and various settings across the country.

Through his work in a variety of clinics and settings, he began to recognize a troubling pattern: profit often took precedence over patients. Witnessing how these priorities stood in the way of delivering quality care inspired him to start his own practice—one built on putting patients first, not profits.

In 2025, Dr. Garcia founded Winston Physical Therapy - a practice reflective of his ethics & dedication to patient advocacy. At Winston Physical Therapy, Dr. Garcia proudly prioritizes patient care & experience above all, and helps patients progress toward goals of independence & sustained wellbeing.
